Part 1a & 1b of a 4 part block of the month.
This block is done with wool applique' on a "Woolies" flannel background. Each pattern also provides alternate directionsto make theapplique'using "Woolies" or Penny Rug" flannels.
Combine all 4 parts (patterns 1735-1738) to make a 38" x 38" wall hanging. Assembly directions for the wool version isfound in1737 Penny Garden (part 3)and the flannel version in1738 Penny Garden (part 4).
