Purple Sequined Front Neck Applique

Some parts of the edge stitching are de-threading. You can just cut them off, as it's the edge of the seam allowance. Due to this minor discrepancy, I discounted this applique.
This is a beautiful embroidered neck applique with sequins.The base fabric looks likemesh.
