Original Quilt Design by Lindlee Smith of Plains and Pine. This design is a variation on the Commonwealth Star Quilt, but instead of a single star the Backcountry Star quilt is made up of multiple star blocks. The pattern includes a Multi-Color Version and Two-Color Version for the Stars as well as Multi-Color and One-Color Background options. Unlike most Lone Star Quilts, there are no Y seams in this quilt pattern.
