This high quality twill fabric comes in a gorgeous royal blue and is a brilliant dressmaking cotton in a heavier weight suitable for trousers, a dress or coat. The65% polyester 35% cotton blend uses combed ring spun yarns for strength and lustre combined with controlled finishing techniques to enhance crease recovery and wash/wear performance.Pre-shrunk with a Crease Resist finish.
