Sweet Cecily is soft and sweet, reminiscent of a beautiful garden filled with fragrant blooms and curling vines! Pastels and watercolors abound! This collection started on a lovely day, whilst Janet was daydreaming and drawing in Wisley, the Royal Horticulture Society's flagship garden.
